Special features along the route

There are many different types of bridges. The bridge holder must be adapted depending on the design of the bridge. We already have many standard solutions for your route. However, if we cannot find a suitable solution in the standard articles, we will develop them at short notice.

In order to insert or remove the important cables requiring protection into the cable duct system without damaging the plastic sheath of the cable, we have developed special cable outlets that can be installed in the cable duct as required.

Suitably shaped end pieces are also available for clean termination of the cable duct system. We have also developed suitable adapter pieces for the transition from CABSYS Rail NG size 1 to CABSYS Rail NG size 2.

Avoiding obstacles is normal practice. This can be done professionally and quickly with the ready-made accessories for bypassing.

Where a transition to the concrete channel is required, this can be carried out professionally using specially manufactured transition kits.

This signal platform was largely prefabricated in our factory. As a result, the lockout period on the construction site is reduced and installation takes place quickly.

Our specially developed sleeve and multi-length kit is ideal for clean and trouble-free connection of cable lengths.

If the 6 m span is not sufficient, special solutions are required. Depending on the required overvoltage, we can offer you different bridge solutions onto which the GRP cable duct can be fixed.
